Is it a medicine? No. It is a dietary supplement and individual results vary. It sits alongside brushing, flossing and dental visits.

Does it contain stimulants? The seller says no, and describes the formula as GMO-free, gluten-free and not habit forming.

Using ProDentim

How do I take it? One soft tablet every morning, melted or chewed slowly. A bottle holds 30 tablets.

When will I notice something? The seller says supplements need roughly 9 to 12 weeks before results show, and it recommends at least three bottles. Plan for a few months, and see the first weeks as habit-building.

What if I miss a day? Carry on the next morning. The routine is built around regularity, not around perfection.

Which package is best? The 6-bottle package has the lowest price per bottle, and the seller says it is the one most customers choose. The 3-bottle package covers 90 days if you prefer a shorter commitment.

Is there a coupon code? The packages are the offer. The seller reduces the cost per bottle through larger packages, so a separate coupon is not part of the picture, and we would be cautious about any website that promises one.

What about shipping outside the US? Orders to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand carry a $15.95 shipping fee and need 10 to 15 working days.

How do I ask for a refund? Write to support under the subject line Refund Request.
