This ProDentim review looks at one question: is a daily soft tablet that you let melt in your mouth a sensible thing to add to your oral-care routine, and is the offer behind it fair? We read the seller’s order page, its terms and its refund policy, we checked the ingredient list against the research that exists, and we compared the packages. What follows is the result, in the order most buyers ask about it.
ProDentim is sold as an oral probiotic. The seller describes it as a new kind of probiotic designed for the health of your teeth and gums, and says each soft tablet carries 3.5 billion probiotics from a blend of strains and nutrients. You take one tablet each morning. A bottle holds 30 tablets.
The short version
Our editorial score for ProDentim is 4.6 out of 5. The product earns it with a readable formula, a very simple routine, clear pricing, a one-time payment and a refund policy that is written down with a street address. The points that keep it from a perfect score are modest: the seller gives a total of 3.5 billion probiotics per tablet but no dose for each ingredient, results take weeks, and the buyer pays return shipping if a refund is requested.
Our verdict is a positive one. For someone who wants one easy daily habit for their mouth, ProDentim is a sensible thing to try, and the larger packages bring the price down to $49 a bottle.
How ProDentim is built
Every tablet holds three named probiotic strains and four supporting ingredients.
- Lactobacillus paracasei, which the seller links to gum health.
- B. lactis BL-04, which the seller links to the balance of bacteria in the mouth, the respiratory tract and a healthy immune system.
- Lactobacillus reuteri, which the seller links to a healthy mouth environment.
- A blend of four plants and minerals: inulin (a prebiotic fiber), malic acid, tricalcium phosphate and peppermint.
That is a short, easy-to-read list, which we count in the product’s favor. You can see what you are taking, and a dentist or pharmacist can read the label in a minute. The seller also advertises a natural formula, simple use, a GMO-free and gluten-free recipe, no stimulants and nothing habit forming. We report all of this as the seller’s own description. The ingredient-by-ingredient page goes through each line in detail.
The daily routine
One soft tablet every morning, melted or chewed slowly. There is nothing to measure and nothing to mix, and no capsule to swallow. The routine works best when it is tied to something you do already, such as your morning brush. A 30-day bottle makes it easy to see when supply is running low, and the packages are sized in whole months: 60, 90 or 180 days.
The seller says that supplements like this one take around 9 to 12 weeks to show results. It recommends at least three bottles and favors six. We think that is honest and useful advice for any probiotic, because it sets a realistic expectation: this is a habit you build, not a quick fix.
Price and packages
| Package | Supply | Total | Per bottle | US shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | 60 days | $158 | $79 | $9.99 |
| 3 bottles | 90 days | $207 | $69 | Free |
| 6 bottles | 180 days | $294 | $49 | Free |
Prices were checked on October 27, 2026. Beside each total the seller prints a struck-through reference figure ($358, $537 and $1,074) and a stated saving of $200, $330 or $780. Those reference prices are the seller’s own figures, so we see them as the seller’s marketing and judge the offer on the amount you actually pay. At $49 a bottle, the 6-bottle package works out to about $1.63 a day.
Payment is a single charge. The seller’s FAQ says no repeat shipments or repeat charges follow. Our package-by-package price page works through every package and the shipping options.
The 60-day guarantee
This is one of the strongest parts of the offer. The guarantee runs for 60 days from the date your order is delivered, so the clock starts when the box arrives and not when you click buy. If ProDentim is not for you, you write to support under the subject line Refund Request, return every bottle, finished or not, with the packing slip and a note, and the refund is processed a few days after the package reaches the seller’s address at 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. The buyer pays the return shipping.
Two details are worth knowing in advance. First, the seller’s own refund page advises using the product for at least three months, which is longer than the 60-day window, so you may want to decide how you will judge it before you start. Second, ClickBank publishes order support at 1-800-390-6035, open around the clock, which gives you a second route if you need help.
Bonuses
Order six bottles and the seller adds free digital guides, with the number (up to three) set by the version of the offer page you are looking at. One is called Bad Breath Gone. One Day Detox and is about fresher breath. Another, Hollywood White Teeth at Home, is a quick brightening routine. The last, At-Home Oral Reset, is a mouth reset you do yourself. The seller puts their combined value at $163. Some versions of the page also add bonuses to the 3-bottle package, and the order page shows exactly what your order includes. Think of the guides as a pleasant extra and not the reason to buy.
What the research says
There is no published trial of ProDentim as a finished product, and it would be wrong to suggest otherwise. What exists is research on probiotics for the mouth in general. A 2021 review in Frontiers in Dental Medicine looked at probiotics in the management of gum conditions, and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet explains what probiotics are and which questions remain open. The picture is encouraging and still developing. We cite these because they show that oral probiotics are a serious field, and we leave it at that.
Who ProDentim suits
- Someone who already brushes and flosses and wants one more small daily habit.
- A buyer who prefers a single tablet to a list of oral-care steps.
- A careful shopper who values a written refund policy and a published return address.
- A value-minded buyer who is happy to commit to six bottles at $49 each.
It is less suited to anyone who wants a product they can pick up in a store today, or anyone who expects results in a few days. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medicine or living with a medical condition, speak to your doctor first. ProDentim is a supplement, not a medicine, and individual results vary.
How we reached our score
We weigh five things for every product: the clarity of the formula, how open the seller is about it, safety, value and the refund terms. ProDentim scores strongly on formula clarity, value and refund terms. It is a little behind on transparency because the individual doses are not published, and safety is good but depends on the buyer’s own circumstances, which is why we point to a doctor for the groups listed above. Put together, that is 4.6 out of 5. You can read how we score in our methodology, and for the longer overview see the ProDentim buyer’s guide.
