ProstaVive Review: Powder, Packages, Refund and Our Score

An editor's read of ProstaVive: what the supplement-facts label shows, what it leaves out, what each package costs, how the refund works and how we reached our score.

By OccHealthNews Editorial Team 8 min read How we review products

A powder drink mix in a 30-serving tub, one scoop a day, with a 15-line supplement-facts label led by stinging nettle root, tongkat ali and panax ginseng, positioned by the seller around prostate health and normal urinary flow.

Our editorial score
4.6 / 5
our judgement, not a customer rating

A review is only useful if it ends in a decision, so here is ours up front. ProstaVive suits a reader who wants a daily powder with a full printed label, can plan a trial that runs for months and likes knowing the 180-day refund clock starts on the order date. We give it 4.6 out of 5, and the sections below show where the points came from and where we held some back.

The quick read

What arrives is a tub of drink powder: 30 servings, each a scoop of roughly 4.93 g that you stir into water or something you like. The seller’s positioning is prostate health together with normal urinary flow, and the front of the tub names stinging nettle root, cordyceps and panax ginseng. Our job is not to repeat promises. It is to set down what is published, what it costs and what you can do if you change your mind.

On October 28, 2026 the order page listed $79 for one tub, $177 for three and $234 for six, so a single tub costs $79, $59 or $39 depending on the package. Delivery inside the US is free only on six tubs. The two smaller packages pick up a charge at checkout, and it read $9.95 on the day we looked.

A label that shows its numbers

Some products in this category hide behind a vague “proprietary blend”. ProstaVive shows a full panel instead, fifteen lines long, and fourteen of them carry a readable amount. The vitamins and minerals come first (D3, B6, magnesium, zinc and sodium), followed by the plant lines, from 500 mg of fenugreek at the top down to 50 mg of panax ginseng, with 5 mg of boron at the end. Our ingredients page prints every number.

The remaining line is a 200 mg blend of six fruit and vegetable powders, given one shared total. That is the weak spot, though a small one next to everything else. The post on the ProstaVive ingredient list adds the seller’s note on each plant.

An ordinary day with it

There is not much to it. Level a scoop, stir it into a glass, drink it, and do the same tomorrow at roughly the same hour. The seller’s own pages differ a little on timing, so choose a slot that is easy to repeat; mornings are a popular pick. A tub lasts a month, which makes the calendar easy to follow: three tubs is a quarter of a year and six tubs is half of one.

The seller itself advises daily use for around 3 to 6 months, and says that results vary. We read that as an honest signal that the routine is meant to be long and steady.

Picking a package

One tub, $79. A month of powder, plus shipping at checkout and no bonus guides. It is the cheapest way in and the dearest per tub.

Three tubs, $177. Ninety days at $59 a tub, with two bonus guides. The checkout adds US shipping.

Six tubs, $234. A half-year at $39 a tub, shipped free in the US, with both guides. If you already know you want the full trial the seller suggests, this is the one.

In per-day terms those are about $2.63, about $1.97 and $1.30, before any shipping. All three share one refund window of 180 days, so a larger order lowers the price of each tub without giving you extra time to decide.

The safety net

The clock starts on the day of the order. Using the refund means writing to [email protected] under the subject Refund Request, waiting for an agent to agree, and only then mailing every tub (empty ones too) to the returns address in Tallmadge, Ohio. You pay the postage, and what comes back is the product price without shipping. The sequence is laid out in the 180-day guarantee post.

The extra guide

Two bonus guides come with three tubs or six. The seller names one, Prostate Health Smoothies, a guide to smoothie recipes with a stated value of $37. We say nothing more about the other, because the seller gives no description we would pass on. The single tub has neither.

No customer quotes

We found no customer quotes on the seller’s pages, so we repeat none. When you read opinions elsewhere, give more weight to what you can check yourself: the label, the printed amounts, the price and the refund route. Our guide to what buyers say explains how to read reviews found online.

Strengths and limits

What works in its favor

  • A complete label with printed amounts for 14 of 15 lines
  • One scoop a day and nothing to count
  • A price that falls to $39 a tub, with US shipping free on six
  • A refund window of 180 days from the order date, with an Ohio address, an email and two phone numbers behind it
  • A one-time price shown on the offer page

What holds the score back

  • One blend of six powders has a single total and no breakdown
  • The one-tub and three-tub orders add shipping
  • The buyer pays return postage, and an agent has to agree before anything is sent
  • The seller gives its advice in months, so this is not a quick trial

Who should buy it

ProstaVive makes sense for a reader who likes simple daily habits, is happy with a powder drink, has checked the label with a doctor or pharmacist and is prepared to give a routine a few months. It is a weaker fit for anyone who wants a short, low-commitment trial, because the best price needs a six-tub order.

No one should order it instead of medical care. Prescription medicine, a prostate condition, urinary symptoms or a long gap since your last check-up are all reasons to speak with your doctor beforehand. The safety page lists the questions to bring.

How we got to 4.6

We began with the label, which earned the most credit because amounts are printed. We added credit for a clear price ladder, a refund route measured from the order date and a routine that is as simple as a routine can be. We took points off for the unbroken 200 mg blend, for shipping on the smaller orders, for return postage paid by the buyer and for the long timeline the seller itself recommends. The result is 4.6, our own number, and one we would defend to a skeptical friend.

Good to know

  • •  ProstaVive is a dietary supplement and individual results vary. If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or have a medical condition, check with your physician first.
  • •  People on prescription medicine (including blood pressure, blood sugar or blood-thinning drugs), anyone with a prostate condition or urinary symptoms, and anyone without a recent check-up should ask a doctor before ordering. A supplement does not replace medical care.
  • •  The 180 days run from the order date. Email support and wait for an agent's go-ahead before you post the tubs back, empty ones included. The return postage is yours.

Frequently asked questions

What score does ProstaVive get from you?

4.6 out of 5. It is our own editorial score, built from the supplement-facts label, the price ladder, the bonus guide and the refund terms. It is not a customer rating.

Who is this ProstaVive review for?

Anyone weighing a daily powder aimed at prostate health and normal urinary flow who wants to know which package to pick, what the label contains and how the refund is counted.

What is the biggest gap in what the seller shows?

The 200 mg blend of six fruit and vegetable powders has one total and no separate amounts. The seller also publishes no customer quotes, so there is nothing of that kind for us to repeat.

Do I swallow ProstaVive whole?

No. It is a powder you stir into water or a drink, one scoop a day, and a tub holds 30 servings.
