The Genius Song Seller Site: Site Map, Contacts, Checkout

The seller’s website for The Genius Song is geniussongoriginal.com. The product’s sales video is on its /video/ page (text version at /text/), while the home page currently promotes a different audio from the same seller. Payment is taken by ClickBank at geniusbr.pay.clickbank.net, your statement shows CLKBANK*Genius Song, product questions go to [email protected], and order or refund help comes from ClickBank on 1-800-390-6035. We write domains and addresses as plain text on purpose and never link the seller directly.

For a narrative walk through each page, see our tour of The Genius Song official website.

About the home page

Our button currently opens the home page, and that page features the seller’s related audio, The Genius Wave. To see The Genius Song pitch, go to /video/ on the same domain. The seller’s pages describe the two as different audios (The Genius Wave: 12 minutes, theta; The Genius Song: 7 minutes, gamma), so we do not treat one as the other. A ClickBank setting on the Song’s checkout item does use “TheGeniusWave” as a descriptor; the checkout itself names the statement line CLKBANK*Genius Song.

The video page in more detail

The presenter introduces himself as “doctor Robert Lake”. The footer disclaimer on both /video/ and /text/ says that name is a pen name. Under a pen name, none of the stated credentials (a clinic in New York City, 34 years in neuroscience) can be checked. The 14 references at the bottom are mostly theta and general entrainment studies plus creativity articles, the same list as on The Genius Wave page, even though the video is about gamma. Footers carry “Copyright © 2023”.

The text page in more detail

This page tells the story with NASA in place of Princeton and colleagues in Japan in place of Berlin. Its order section promises a “Private Audio Portal” with login by email, while its FAQ talks about downloading the track. It claims “4 free bonuses” worth “$197.00” but lists three. The video, for its part, says “three free bonuses” and names four. No file format is given anywhere.

The Terms, in five lines

Section	What it says
For Entertainment Purposes Only	Entrainment “is not an exact science”; the products are for entertainment
A line elsewhere in the Terms	Brainwave claims are “substantiated by established scientific research”
Refunds	Digital products: refund requests within 90 days of first purchase
Testimonials	Names changed, some marketing dramatized, avatars or actors possible, some people compensated or linked to the founders
Email lists	Buyers join lists run by HappyConsumerPublishing.com, which may promote other offers

The Terms also carry a physical shipping policy that does not apply to an audio track. Under FTC guidance, paid or family connections behind endorsements should be disclosed clearly; here they sit in the Terms, so treat every story in the video as marketing, not an independent review.

The refund page that does not fit

The /TOS/refunds/ page is titled for “NeuroActivate”. Its rules: 60 days, unopened bottles only, and a return address at 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, phone +1 251-501-2766 and [email protected]. The footer’s request to keep “original packaging” comes from the same template. None of it applies to a digital track. Use ClickBank’s route under the 90-day Terms and keep your receipt.

The checkout

When you press the order button on /video/, the address changes to geniusbr.pay.clickbank.net. That is normal: the footer states ClickBank is the retailer, and adds that its role “does not constitute an endorsement”. On the checkout we saw:

• A product line naming The Genius Song with a 90-day guarantee, marked as a digital product, not shipped and not recurring.
• The price in local currency with local tax added.
• No order bump. We could not check offers after purchase.

ClickBank’s general help says most products carry 60 days; this product’s own Terms and checkout give 90.

Contacts, by problem

Problem	Contact

A charge you do not recognise	Your card issuer

One fact for context: the same publisher, Happy Consumer, also sells The Genius Switch, and both sites list the YourSpiritualAlliance address. The two use different ClickBank vendor IDs.

Look-alike warning signs

• The payment page is not on geniusbr.pay.clickbank.net.
• The track is offered free, far below $39, or on a monthly plan.
• You are asked for gift cards, crypto or a bank transfer.
• An “app” or a streaming upload claims to be The Genius Song; the seller offers neither.
• An email asks you to re-enter card details through a link. Go to ClickBank directly instead, as FTC phishing guidance advises.
• A review site calls itself the official site. We are independent and use affiliate links.
