FemiCore Order Guide: Checkout, Shipping and Tracking

Placing the order takes five minutes. Most problems we hear about start later: a missing confirmation, a slow parcel, a lost packing slip. This walkthrough covers every step from the package page to the parcel on your doorstep.

  10. 10The short version

A FemiCore order is a short job. You pick a package, pay, and wait for a box. Yet most of the complaints we see about supplements bought online have nothing to do with the capsules. They come from the steps around them: a confirmation that never arrived, a parcel stuck in transit, a refund refused because the packing slip went in the recycling bin.

So this guide walks through the whole FemiCore order, one step at a time, with the checks worth doing at each point. It is not a review of whether the product works. For that, read our evidence-led FemiCore review. And if you are still deciding whether to buy at all, our FemiCore buying guide covers that question first.

Before you place a FemiCore order: three things to have ready

Five minutes of preparation saves most of the trouble later.

  1. A shipping address that gets parcels reliably. If your building loses packages, use a work address or a parcel locker you trust. The delivery window is short, and a missing box delays both your trial and the start of your refund window.
  2. An email address you actually read. The confirmation, the tracking number and any support replies all arrive by email. A rarely checked inbox is where order problems hide.
  3. A card or PayPal account. Both give you dispute rights if something goes wrong. The US Federal Trade Commission recommends paying online by credit card for exactly that reason.

It also helps to know which package you want before you start. The order page shows all three side by side, and it is easier to compare them calmly than at the payment step.

Step 1: Choose the package

FemiCore is sold only in multi-bottle packages. There is no single bottle and no free trial on the official website. Each bottle holds 30 capsules, which is a one-month supply at one capsule a day.

PackagePrice per bottleOrder totalUS shippingSupply
2 bottles$79$158$9.9960 days
3 bottles$69$207Free90 days
6 bottles$49$294Free180 days

The manufacturer lists a regular price of $179 per bottle, so it presents these as savings of $200, $330 and $780. The 6-bottle package also includes three digital bonus guides that the company values at $199, $397 and $197, a total of $793.

Which one to pick is a judgement call. The seller advises using it for at least 3 months before deciding, which makes the 3-bottle package the shortest order that covers that period. If you want the cost-per-day arithmetic, our FemiCore sale guide lays it out.

Step 2: Check the checkout page before you type anything

When you click a package, you move to the payment page. Pause here for ten seconds and check three things.

  • The checkout is BuyGoods. FemiCore’s official orders run through this retailer. A checkout with no mention of BuyGoods is not the official one.
  • The address bar shows a padlock and the page loads over HTTPS.
  • The total matches the package you chose. $158 plus $9.99 shipping, $207 or $294 for US orders.

If any of the three is off, close the page and start again from a link you trust. Our article on whether FemiCore is a scam explains how copycat checkout pages work and how to spot them.

Step 3: Enter your details and pay

The form asks for the usual details: name, email, shipping address and phone number. Type the email address carefully, because a typo here means no confirmation and no tracking.

Pay by card or PayPal. Avoid any page that asks for a bank transfer, a gift card or cryptocurrency. Legitimate supplement retailers take cards, and only card and PayPal payments come with straightforward dispute rights.

Some supplement checkouts show optional add-on offers after the main payment. Read each one before you click. Nothing extra is needed to complete a FemiCore order, and an accidental click on an add-on is one of the most common reasons for an unexpected charge.

Step 4: Read the confirmation email

Within a few minutes of paying, you should receive an order confirmation from BuyGoods. Open it and check:

  • the order number,
  • the package and the number of bottles,
  • the total charged,
  • the shipping address,
  • the order date, so you can match it to the delivery or tracking email later. The 60-day guarantee starts on the day the order is delivered.

If the address is wrong, contact support straight away, before the order ships. Changes are much easier before dispatch than after.

If no email arrives, look in the spam and promotions folders and search for “BuyGoods”. Then check your card or PayPal account for a pending charge. A charge with no email usually means a typo in the email address. Contact support with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. Do not place a second order until you know what happened to the first. Duplicate orders are an easy and expensive mistake.

Step 5: Shipping times and tracking your FemiCore order

Once the order leaves the warehouse, a tracking number is normally sent by email. Delivery times stated by the seller are:

DestinationShipping costTypical delivery
United States$9.99 on 2 bottles, free on 3 and 65 to 7 business days
Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand$15.9510 to 15 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, so an order placed on a Friday afternoon may not move until Monday. International parcels can also be held at customs, and any duties or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Use the tracking number on the carrier’s own website rather than a third-party tracking site. If the confirmation arrived but no tracking email follows within a few business days, ask support for the number, quoting your order number.

When a FemiCore order does not arrive

Most late parcels turn up. Work through this list before you assume the worst.

  1. Count business days, not calendar days, from the dispatch date in the tracking email.
  2. Check the tracking page. “Delivered” with no parcel usually means a neighbour, a mailroom, a safe-place drop or a nearby pickup point.
  3. Check the address in the confirmation email. A wrong house number is more common than a lost parcel.
  4. Contact support in writing once the delivery window has passed. Give the order number and the tracking number. A written message gives you a dated record.
  5. Use your payment protection as a last resort. If support does not resolve a lost order, a card chargeback or a PayPal dispute is the backstop. The FTC’s guidance on disputing charges explains the process and the time limits.

Changing or cancelling an order

We have not seen a published cancellation window for FemiCore orders, so do not count on one. If you need to change the address or cancel, contact support as soon as possible after paying, before the order ships. After dispatch, the practical route is to let the parcel arrive and use the 60-day money-back guarantee instead.

How your order connects to the 60-day guarantee

The order and the refund are linked by two pieces of paper.

  • The confirmation and delivery emails prove your order and the day it arrived. The 60-day window counts from the delivery date.
  • The packing slip inside the box is required for a return. Keep it with the bottles.

To use the guarantee, email support with “Refund Request” in the subject line within 60 days of delivery. Return all the bottles from the order, full, opened or empty, together with the packing slip and a note with your full name, email and order id. The purchase price is refunded once the return is processed. Return shipping is at your own cost, and the policy does not promise to refund the original shipping charge, such as the $9.99 on the 2-bottle package.

A simple habit helps: put the confirmation email in a folder and tape the packing slip inside a cupboard door the day the parcel arrives.

The short version

A smooth FemiCore order comes down to a few habits. Order only from the official website, check that the checkout is BuyGoods, pay by card or PayPal, and read every add-on before you click. Save the confirmation email, keep the packing slip, and count delivery in business days. If something goes wrong, write to support with your order number before you do anything else.

Frequently asked questions

How do I place a FemiCore order?

Open the official FemiCore website, choose the 2-, 3- or 6-bottle package, check that the checkout is the BuyGoods secure page, enter your shipping address and pay by card or PayPal. A confirmation email with an order number should follow within minutes.

How long does a FemiCore order take to arrive?

US orders usually arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand cost $15.95 to ship and usually take 10 to 15 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

I did not get a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Check your spam and promotions folders first and search for BuyGoods. Then check your card or PayPal statement for a pending charge. If there is a charge but no email, contact support with the date, amount and the last four digits of your card. Do not order again until you know.

How do I track my FemiCore order?

A tracking number is normally emailed once the order leaves the warehouse. Use it on the carrier's website. If you have a confirmation but no tracking email after a few business days, ask support for the tracking number using your order number.

What should I do if my FemiCore order never arrives?

Wait until the end of the stated delivery window, check the tracking page and ask neighbours or your building's mailroom. Then contact support in writing with your order number. If the problem is not resolved, a card or PayPal dispute is your backstop.

Does the refund window start when the parcel arrives?

Yes. The official refund policy says the 60-day period starts on the day the order is delivered to you. Keep the delivery or tracking email as your record of that date and plan any return well before day 60.
