FemiCore Sale: Real Prices, Cost Per Day and Coupon Truth

Supplement 'sales' are often permanent prices dressed up as countdowns. We did the arithmetic on every FemiCore package, checked the coupon claims and worked out which option makes sense for a first try.

Search for a FemiCore sale and you will find countdown timers, “today only” banners and promo codes that promise an extra 20% off. We wanted to know what a buyer actually pays, so we wrote down every price on the official website, added shipping, divided by the number of days each package lasts, and checked whether any of the advertised discounts exist. The short answer: the prices are real, the “sale” framing is mostly marketing, and there is no coupon that beats the 6-bottle package.

If you are still deciding whether FemiCore is worth trying at all, start with our evidence-led FemiCore review. This page is about the money.

The current FemiCore sale prices

FemiCore is sold in three packages on the official website. The manufacturer lists a regular price of $179 per bottle, and every package is presented as a discount from that figure.

PackagePrice per bottleOrder totalUS shippingPaid in totalListed saving
2 bottles$79$158$9.99$167.99$200
3 bottles$69$207Free$207$330
6 bottles$49$294Free$294$780

A word on that $179 figure. US pricing rules discourage advertising a discount from a “regular” price that a product is rarely sold at, and we have not seen FemiCore sold at $179 a bottle. In practice the package prices above are what everyone pays. That does not make them bad prices; it just means the real comparison is between the three packages, not against $179.

What FemiCore really costs per day

Each bottle contains 30 capsules and the dose is one capsule a day, so a bottle lasts a month. Dividing the delivered price by the days of supply gives a cleaner comparison than the per-bottle figure, because it folds in the shipping charge on the smallest package.

PackageDays of supplyDelivered cost (US)Cost per dayCost per month
2 bottles60$167.99about $2.80about $84
3 bottles90$207about $2.30$69
6 bottles180$294about $1.63$49

For context, $1.63 a day is in the same range as a mid-priced probiotic from a pharmacy shelf, while $2.80 a day puts the 2-bottle package at the expensive end of the supplement aisle. The gap between the smallest and largest package is about $1.17 a day, or roughly $35 a month.

International buyers in Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand pay $15.95 shipping on every package, which adds about 27 cents a day to the 2-bottle option and about 9 cents a day to the 6-bottle option.

What the bonuses are worth

The 6-bottle package adds three digital guides:

  1. 7 Days to Rekindle the Passion in Your Marriage, listed at $199.
  2. Reset Your Gut: Perfect Digestion While Eating Your Favorite Foods, listed at $397.
  3. Unlock Painless Hips and Legs: The Complete Lower Body Mobility Blueprint, listed at $197.

The company puts the combined value at $793. Those are list prices set by the seller, not market prices; comparable e-books and guides typically sell for a few dollars to a few tens of dollars. Treat the bonuses as a pleasant extra on an order you would place anyway. If the only reason to choose six bottles over three is the PDFs, choose three.

The coupon code question

This is where most “FemiCore sale” pages mislead. We went through the official checkout to see where a code would go, and there is no coupon or promo-code field. A code cannot be applied, so a code cannot lower the price.

Sites advertising “FEMICORE20” or “extra 15% off” generally do one of three things:

  • link to the same official package prices and describe them as a coupon discount;
  • send you to an unofficial seller whose price looks lower but whose bottles are not covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee; or
  • ask you to enter card details somewhere other than the official checkout, which you should never do.

The US Federal Trade Commission also warns about “free trial” supplement offers that sign buyers up for recurring charges. FemiCore’s official store has no free trial and no subscription. If a page offers you one, it is not the official seller. Our guide to the FemiCore official website has a checklist for verifying the real store.

Is there a Black Friday or holiday deal?

Many supplement brands run seasonal promotions, so it is reasonable to ask whether waiting for Black Friday or Cyber Monday will save money. The manufacturer has not announced a separate holiday price for FemiCore, and the 6-bottle package at $49 a bottle is already the lowest official price.

If a seasonal offer does appear, the things to check are the same as any other day: is it on the official checkout, does it keep the 60-day guarantee, and is the per-bottle price actually lower than $49? A banner that says “Black Friday” over the same three packages is not a new deal.

Which package should you choose?

The cheapest per-bottle option is not automatically the right one. FemiCore has no clinical trial of the finished product, and the seller itself advises using it for at least 3 months before deciding. That makes the decision mostly about how sure you are before you start.

If you are…Best fitWhy
Unsure whether it will help you3 bottlesCovers the 90-day course the maker recommends, free shipping, only three bottles to return if it does not work
Testing on a tight budget2 bottlesLowest upfront spend, though highest cost per day and shipping is extra
Already using it and happy with it6 bottlesLowest cost per day, includes the bonus guides
Buying outside the US3 or 6 bottlesThe $15.95 shipping charge is spread over more bottles

Our own view, as in our review, is that most first-time buyers are best served by the 3-bottle package. It matches the recommended trial length, avoids the shipping charge and keeps the refund simple. Move to six bottles once you know it is doing something.

Where the “cheaper” FemiCore listings come from

Every so often a marketplace listing or a price-comparison widget shows FemiCore for less than $49 a bottle. It is worth understanding why before you click buy.

Reseller stock. Third-party sellers on Amazon, Walmart or eBay sometimes buy bottles in bulk and resell them. The manufacturer says it does not distribute through those platforms, so the bottles come with no manufacturer guarantee and no record of how they were stored. FemiCore contains live probiotic cultures, which lose potency with heat and age.

Short-dated or opened stock. Very low prices can mean bottles close to their best-before date, or returns being resold.

Copies. A product with a similar name and label sold at a “sale” price may not be FemiCore at all.

In each case the apparent saving is small next to what you give up: a guaranteed genuine bottle and a refund you can claim. A $49 bottle you can send back is better value than a $35 bottle you cannot. If you want the full checklist for spotting the real store, see our guide to the FemiCore official website.

The guarantee covers every package

All three packages carry the same 60-day money-back guarantee. To use it:

  • email customer support within 60 days of the day your order is delivered, with “Refund Request” in the subject line;
  • return all bottles from the order, whether unopened, partly used or empty;
  • include the original packing slip and a note with your full name, email and order id.

The purchase price is refunded once the return is processed. Return shipping is at your own cost, and the policy does not promise to refund the original shipping charge, such as the $9.99 on the 2-bottle package.

One practical point: the larger the package, the more bottles you have to post back. That is not a reason to avoid the 6-bottle option, but it is a reason not to buy it before you know the product suits you.

Bottom line

The FemiCore sale is less a sale than a three-tier price list: $79, $69 or $49 a bottle depending on how many you buy, which comes to roughly $2.80, $2.30 or $1.63 a day. There is no coupon that improves on it, no announced holiday price and no reason to pay a third-party seller for a “better” deal that drops the guarantee. If you decide to try FemiCore, buy it on the official website, start with three bottles, and keep the packing slip.

Frequently asked questions

Is FemiCore on sale right now?

The official website currently lists FemiCore at $79 per bottle for 2 bottles, $69 per bottle for 3 and $49 per bottle for 6, against a regular price of $179. These package prices have been shown consistently, so treat them as the standard price rather than a short-lived sale.

What does FemiCore cost per day?

One capsule a day, 30 per bottle. The 2-bottle package costs $167.99 delivered in the US, about $2.80 a day. The 3-bottle package is $207 with free shipping, about $2.30 a day. The 6-bottle package is $294 with free shipping, about $1.63 a day.

Is there a FemiCore coupon code?

No. The official checkout does not have a field for coupon or promo codes, so a code cannot reduce the price. Pages that advertise FemiCore coupons are usually linking to the same package prices. Be cautious of any code that requires you to enter card details on a different site.

Will there be a FemiCore Black Friday deal?

The manufacturer has not announced a separate Black Friday, Cyber Monday or holiday price. The 6-bottle package at $49 per bottle is the lowest official price, and it is available year round.

What are the FemiCore bonuses worth?

The 6-bottle package includes three digital guides, valued by the company at $199, $397 and $197, a combined $793. They cover relationships, gut health and lower-body mobility. Those are list values set by the seller; useful extras, but not a reason on their own to buy six bottles.

Does the money-back guarantee cover every package?

Yes. The 2-, 3- and 6-bottle packages all carry the same 60-day money-back guarantee, which starts on the day your order is delivered. Email support with "Refund Request" in the subject line within that window and return all bottles, opened or empty, with the packing slip and a note giving your name, email and order id. Return shipping is at your own cost, and the policy does not promise to refund the original shipping charge.
