By OccHealthNews Editorial Team 6 min read How we review products

An 8-minute digital audio track you play once a day with headphones, sold with four digital bonuses. It is a downloadable file, not an app or a game, and its benefits are the seller's claims.

The genuine seller site for The Genius Switch is geniusswitchoriginal.com. It carries the sales video, the Terms and a refund page, and its order button sends you to a ClickBank checkout at thegeniusx.pay.clickbank.net, where the payment actually happens. After you buy, the charge reads CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch, ClickBank handles refunds on 1-800-390-6035, and the seller answers product questions at [email protected]. Domains on this page are plain text on purpose: we do not link the seller directly.

What is on the site

The sales page and video

The home page opens with a headline about a “Top NYC Brain Doctor” and a sales video that runs about 36 minutes; the same video is also on a separate /video/ page. You will also see the phrase “Genius Switch Audio Series” used as a heading, yet the purchase is one track. On screen, the presenter introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone and says he practises neurology in New York City. His identity and his role in the product are things we were unable to check, so read the video as marketing rather than a medical opinion.

The video explains the product as “whole brain activation” through syncing the two halves of the brain, using what it calls “neural sync technology”, with an hour of that compressed into eight minutes. It also insists the approach “has nothing to do with brain waves”, while the sales page’s own list of references cites studies on 40 Hz binaural beats and gamma stimulation. That mismatch is worth noticing before you rely on either explanation.

The offer block

The price section shows the crossed-out reference prices, the $39 figure, the four bonuses and the 90-day guarantee badge. The four extras, in the video’s order: a guided visualization session, a guide to smarter grocery shopping, an old classic about attracting financial success, and a five-habit infographic to print. Our price page breaks those figures down.

The disclaimer lines

The site carries an FDA-style line saying the product is not meant to “diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent” disease. That line matters: whatever the video suggests about headaches, weight or smoking, the seller does not present the track as a treatment.

The Terms page

The Terms are the most useful page on the site. Three parts stand out:

SectionWhat it says
For Entertainment Purposes OnlyBrain entrainment “is not an exact science”; “the products are provided for entertainment purposes only”
Refund policyA 90-day refund window for digital products, counted from the first purchase
Terms of Sale“You are paying $39 today for The Genius Switch”, a copyrighted digital article for personal use

Elsewhere the Terms warn that testimonials can be performed by digital avatars or actors, that people featured might be friends or relatives of the founders, and that the results presented are exceptional rather than typical. That applies to the stories in the video, which include “Lisa, a nurse from San Diego”, “Matthew in Houston”, “Ellie from Manhattan” and “Joyce Webb from Tempe”. None of them is an independent review.

The refund page quirk

A separate page at /TOS/refunds/ reads like it was lifted from another product. It names “NeuroActivate”, gives 60 days, accepts only unopened bottles and lists a return address in Tallmadge, Ohio. An emailed audio file has no seal to keep intact. We treat the Terms page and the ClickBank checkout, which both say 90 days, as the policy that governs The Genius Switch.

The checkout, and why it is not on the same domain

When you press the order button, the address bar changes from the sales site to thegeniusx.pay.clickbank.net. That is expected. ClickBank acts as the retailer for this product, so it takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles refund requests. The checkout page labels the order a “Digital Product”, promises immediate access once payment is approved, shows the price in your local currency with tax, and states a 90-day return or replacement policy.

ClickBank’s general help pages mention a shorter window for many products. For this one, the 90 days come from the product’s own Terms and its checkout, which agree with each other.

Look-alike warning signs

A page is probably not the seller’s own if any of these apply:

  • Different payment address. The card form is not on thegeniusx.pay.clickbank.net.
  • Odd price. The track is offered far below $39, or as a “free download”.
  • Unusual payment methods. Gift cards, crypto or bank transfer are requested.
  • An app or game. The Genius Switch is neither, so a store listing under the name is not the product.
  • A streaming upload. The presenter says the track is not on YouTube or Spotify.
  • A site calling itself official while running ads for it. Review sites, including ours, are independent and should say they use affiliate links.

After purchase, be wary of any message asking you to re-enter card details. Marketing from GeniusSwitchOfficial.com is normal; requests for payment data are not.

Frequently asked questions

What is the real website for The Genius Switch?

The seller's sales site is geniusswitchoriginal.com. Its order button leads to a ClickBank checkout at thegeniusx.pay.clickbank.net, which is where you pay.

Is GeniusSwitchOfficial.com a different seller?

It is the domain the seller's Terms say its marketing emails come from after you buy. The sales page and the order button are on geniusswitchoriginal.com.

Why does the refund page mention NeuroActivate?

It looks like a policy copied from another product. It covers unopened bottles over 60 days, which cannot apply to an emailed audio track. The Terms page and the ClickBank checkout both give 90 days for digital products.

Is OccHealthNews the official site?

No. We are an independent publisher. Our buttons are affiliate links that lead to the seller's site, and we may earn a commission if you buy.
