The Genius Switch FAQ: Quick Answers Before You Buy

In brief: you download one eight-minute audio file, The Genius Switch, and play it once a day through headphones. It costs $39 once, comes with four digital bonuses and has a 90-day refund through ClickBank. It is not an app or a game, no study has tested it, and the seller’s own Terms call it entertainment. The full question list sits in the FAQ block further down; this section sorts the essentials by topic so you can jump to what you need.

The product

What arrives

Question	Short answer
Format	One digital audio track, about 8 minutes long
Seller’s name for it	A “targeted auditory sequence”; the sales page heading also says “Genius Switch Audio Series”
App or game?	Neither. It is a file you play in any media player
Extras	Four digital bonuses
Delivery	Email, straight after checkout
Physical items	None, so no shipping

How the routine works

1. Save the file to your phone or computer once it lands in your inbox.
2. Choose a quiet spot where you can sit or lie down for ten minutes.
3. Put on headphones and close your eyes.
4. Play the track once that day.
5. Repeat daily. The presenter says a skipped day is “okay”, so there is no penalty for missing one.

Nothing else is required: no sign-up inside an app, no score to beat, no streak to protect. If you want a deeper look at the claims behind the routine, the cognitive support category page puts audio programs in context.

Buying and price

The money in three lines

• Price: $39 once. The $200, $100 and $49 figures shown crossed out are reference prices the seller sets.
• At checkout: ClickBank shows the figure in your currency and adds any tax, so it may not read exactly $39.
• Urgency: the presenter warns that $39 is “not guaranteed beyond today”, which is a sales line, and we found nothing to suggest you need to rush.

Where it is sold

Only on the seller’s site, with payment taken by ClickBank. The video says the offer is not on Amazon, and the presenter adds that what you find on YouTube or Spotify is not the same track. Our where-to-buy page explains how to recognise the genuine checkout, and the price page has the full cost breakdown.

Your card statement

Look for CLKBANK*GeniusSwitch. If you see an unfamiliar charge under another name, talk to your card issuer before anything else.

The claims, the presenter and the evidence

Who is talking in the video

The presenter introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone and describes himself as a neurologist in New York City; the page headline bills him as a “Top NYC Brain Doctor”. We have no way to confirm his identity or his role, so we do not treat the video as a doctor’s endorsement.

What the video promises

The list is long: flashes of insight, faster learning, sharper memory, lucky coincidences, promotions and money, better relationships, weight loss, quitting smoking, easier headaches and joint pain, and better grades for children. Every item is the seller’s claim. We do not promise any of them.

What the evidence says

Point	Status
A study of The Genius Switch track	None published
Research on binaural beats in general	Some small studies report short-term effects on attention or mood; reviews call the evidence mixed
“Whole brain activation”	The seller’s own phrase, not a medical term
The Nobel Prize mentioned in the video	Roger Sperry’s 1981 award was for split-brain research
“Nothing to do with brain waves”	Clashes with the 40 Hz binaural-beat studies the sales page lists as references
The casino story	The presenter says “there is of course no evidence” the track caused it

The seller’s Terms include a section headed “For Entertainment Purposes Only”, which says brain entrainment “is not an exact science” and that “the products are provided for entertainment purposes only”. We take the seller at its word on that.

The people in the video

The video features “Lisa, a nurse from San Diego”, “Matthew in Houston”, “Ellie from Manhattan” and “Joyce Webb from Tempe”. According to the seller’s Terms, this kind of feedback can be performed by digital avatars or hired actors, some of the people shown could be early supporters of the founders or their friends and relatives, and the results are exceptional rather than typical. They are advertising, not independent reviews. The same applies to the “18,456 everyday Americans” the seller says it has helped, and to its talk of “stacks of five star reviews”: neither is something we could check.

Our overall view

We rate The Genius Switch 3.0 out of 5. That is our editorial score, not a customer rating, and our methodology page explains how we arrive at it. The track is cheap, easy to use and covered by a long refund window; the claims around it run far ahead of any evidence.

Listening safety

These are our own precautions, the same ones we would give for any audio track:

• Volume: comfortable, never loud. Turn it down if your ears ring or feel full afterwards.
• Setting: sitting or lying down. Never while driving, cycling or operating machinery.
• Health check: speak to a doctor before you start if you live with epilepsy, have had seizures or have trouble with your hearing.
• Expectations: this is not a treatment for any condition. Even the seller’s site says it is not meant to “diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent” any disease.

Struggling with memory, concentration or low mood? A doctor is a better first stop than any audio product.
