The Last Wish Program: A Money-Safe 60-Day Plan
If you have decided to try the nightly routine, this is a plain plan for doing it without letting a promise of abundance steer your spending. It runs on the 60-day refund window and a two-minute journal.

Plenty of people look at the Last Wish program wondering one thing: if I try it, how do I do it without it costing me more than the price? This page is a plan, not a promise. It treats the nightly listening as a simple wind-down habit, sets money rules before you start, and builds the whole thing around the 60-day refund window so that you decide with evidence rather than hope.
We are independent, not the seller, and a purchase through our links may earn us a commission. We do not claim the recordings bring money, luck, love or health. The seller’s Terms say they are “For Entertainment Purposes Only,” and we take the same cautious view.
The Last Wish program as a 60-day experiment
Think of the next two months as a trial with a start date, a routine, a journal and an exit. The routine comes from the seller: headphones on, a comfortable seat, a dark room, and 11 minutes of listening every night. The rest of this plan is ours. It keeps the decision in your hands by giving you a record to judge, and it keeps your money safe by fixing the rules in advance.
| Phase | Days | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Set up | Before day 1 | Write the three rules and note the purchase date |
| Build the habit | 1 to 14 | Same slot every night, two-minute journal |
| Keep it boring | 15 to 49 | Carry on, add one real-world goal step |
| Decide | 50 | Read the journal, then keep going or request a refund |
| Buffer | 51 to 60 | Spare days if ClickBank replies slowly |
Before day one: three money rules
The most important part of this plan happens before you press play. The seller’s pages talk about abundance and tell stories of windfalls, but those are the narrator’s unverified stories, not results to expect. Write these three rules somewhere you will see them.
- No money decision is based on the program. Do not quit a job, take a loan, skip a bill or gamble because you feel luckier.
- No extra spending. At checkout you can add an optional extra, and the Terms mention follow-up offers priced at $97.19 and $47.19. Decline all of them until the 60 days are over.
- Know your deadline. Note the purchase date and count 60 days. Both the Terms and the ClickBank checkout name a 60-day period.
Also decide where you will keep the receipt. Look for CLKBANK*TheLastWish on your card statement, and keep the ClickBank receipt email with your order number. Buyers may also be added to email lists that carry third-party offers, so consider a separate address.
Days 1 to 14: make it a wind-down habit
The seller says that the more consistent you are, the better the recordings work. We cannot support the second half of that, but the first half is good habit advice. Choose a slot you can keep, such as after brushing your teeth, and leave your phone outside the room. A dim room helps because light in the evening can lower melatonin, the sleep hormone, as the Sleep Foundation explains.
Two notes about the details. The video asks for 11 minutes, yet the sales page claims results in under 7, so simply use the video’s 11 and ignore the gap. How many tracks you receive, and how long each runs, was not visible to us, so do not build the plan around a count. Keep the volume comfortable, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. If you take medication or have a medical condition, the seller’s own footer tells you to consult a physician.
A two-minute journal that keeps you honest
A journal turns a vague feeling into a record. It also protects you, because some pages in the seller’s funnel talk about showing proof of use, and a dated log is simple to produce. Each night, write:
- the date and the time you listened;
- how you slept, from 1 to 5;
- your mood, from 1 to 5;
- one thing you did that day for a goal, however small.
That last line is the one that matters. Research on goal-setting points toward planning, not wishing. A 2021 meta-analysis of 21 studies found that mental contrasting with implementation intentions, which means picturing the goal, naming the obstacle and making an if-then plan, had a small-to-medium effect on goal attainment. The authors cautioned that publication bias may have inflated that estimate. Whatever the exact size, the pattern is plain: steps toward a goal help, and the nightly audio is not a step.
Days 15 to 49: keep it boring on purpose
After the first fortnight, resist the urge to tweak. Do not add new recordings, change several habits at once or buy anything new. If you want to test whether the listening matters, change one thing at a time, such as the time of night, and note it in the journal.
This is also the stretch for the real-world part. Pick one money or life goal and write the next small step, then do it. For money, that might be a written budget or a call to a nonprofit credit counselor; the NFCC lists nonprofit credit counseling services, including budgeting help and debt management plans. The seller says the program works without hard work, but nothing we found supports that, and a plan is the part you control.
Day 50: read the journal and decide
On day 50, sit down for ten minutes and read your notes. Ask three questions. Did I sleep or feel any better, and is that likely to be the habit rather than the audio? Did I follow my three money rules? Would I pay $37.44 for what I actually got?
If the answer to the third question is no, request your refund now. ClickBank’s help page says to go to clkbank.com, look up your order, and select Request A Refund, and that most products have a sixty-day refund period, after which the option no longer appears. You can also call ClickBank order support at 1-800-390-6035. The seller’s pages do not agree with each other: one badge says 365 days and nothing explains it, while the footer on the video page opens abundant-life.co terms with a 90-day limit and extra conditions. Count 60 days, hold on to the receipt, and if you paid by card and have a problem, the FTC explains how to dispute a charge.
If the answer is yes, keep going, but keep the money rules. Nothing in the evidence says the program will change your finances.
Who should skip this plan
Skip it if the $37.44 is money you need for essentials, if you are hoping the recordings will fix a debt problem, or if you feel hopeless about money or mood. In those cases, talk to a nonprofit credit counselor or a doctor first. The ticking clock, “Today Only” and the warning that the video may be pulled are there to hurry you, so take your time.
The seller’s own account of each step is in the step-by-step explainer. Our overall score sits in the main verdict, and our scoring approach is on the methodology page.
Frequently asked questions
What is a sensible schedule for the nightly routine?
The seller's video says to listen for 11 minutes each night with headphones in a dark room. Pick one time, ideally the same time every night, as part of getting ready for bed, and keep it there. A fixed slot is easier to keep than a vague plan to fit it in.
Should I buy any extra offers while I try it?
No. The checkout shows an optional add-on and the seller's Terms name two later offers at $97.19 and $47.19. Skip them during your 60 days. If you ever want more, wait until you have judged the base purchase.
What should I write in a journal?
Keep it to two minutes: the date, the time you listened, how you slept, your mood from 1 to 5, and one action you took toward a goal that day. The last item matters most, because the action is where change comes from.
Why choose day 50 for the decision?
Both the seller's Terms and ClickBank's checkout give 60 days, and ClickBank's help page says that after the refund period the option no longer appears. Deciding on day 50 leaves a ten-day buffer for slow replies or a missed date.
What if I stop noticing anything after a week?
That is useful information. The seller says benefits build with consistency, but we found no study of these recordings. If a week of notes shows nothing, you can stop early and still have most of your refund window.
Can I use the routine and also work on my money?
Yes, and it is a better idea than listening alone. A budget, a plan for the steps you can control and, if needed, a nonprofit credit counselor will do more than any recording. Treat the listening as a calm end to the day.
Does listening in the dark really matter?
As a sleep habit, a dim room is sensible, because light in the evening can lower melatonin. As a way to activate the pineal gland, the seller's claim is not supported by any research we found.
What if I already feel low or stressed about money?
Do not use the routine as a substitute for help. Talk to someone you trust, a doctor if you feel low, or a nonprofit credit counselor about your finances. A purchase should not be your plan for a money problem.
