What is in it? Five actives sit in each capsule: ginger 200 mg, pine bark extract 150 mg, boswellia extract 100 mg, a hyaluronic acid matrix at 80 mg and black pepper extract at 5 mg. The capsule is cellulose, with magnesium stearate and silica. Our ingredients page goes through each one.

Is it a medicine? No. It is a dietary supplement. The seller says it is built to support comfort, lubrication and flexibility in the joints, and nothing more should be read into it.

Using Joint Genesis

How do I take it? Take one capsule with water, ideally in the morning, as the seller’s FAQ advises.

How long does a bottle last? Thirty days at one capsule a day. That makes 2 bottles last 60 days, 3 last 90 and 6 last 180.

Can I take it with food? The seller’s FAQ mentions water and the morning. It does not give a rule about food, so follow the label and ask your doctor if you are unsure.

What if I miss a day? The seller gives no special instruction. The point of the routine is steady daily use, so pick it up the next morning and carry on with one capsule.

Results and expectations

How long does it take? According to the seller’s FAQ, a few customers see changes in the first 3 to 4 weeks, and for the majority a clear difference typically arrives around month three of steady daily use. Take that as the seller’s own view; results vary.

Do the customer stories prove it works? No. They are the seller’s own marketing material, and the seller describes them as forwarded by users and not typical. We quote three of them on the buyer’s guide, whole and attributed.

Does Joint Genesis replace seeing a doctor? No. If you have a joint concern, a doctor is the right person to ask.

Price and shipping

How much does it cost? These figures are from our October 27, 2026 check. Six bottles are $294 ($49 each) and ship free in the US. Three bottles are $207 ($69 each) and two are $158 ($79 each), and both of those add $9.95 for US shipping.

What is the crossed-out price? On the three-bottle and six-bottle packages the seller crosses out $79 per bottle, which gives $237 and $474, and states savings of $30 and $180. Those are the seller’s own figures.

What does it cost per day? The per-bottle price divided by 30: about $2.63 on 2 bottles, $2.30 on 3 bottles and about $1.63 on 6 bottles, before shipping.

Is there a subscription? No. It is a one-time payment, and the seller’s FAQ says there is no auto-ship.

What about shipping outside the US? The seller lists $19.95 on 2 and 3 bottles, and customs and taxes are paid by the buyer.

Are there free gifts? The 6-bottle package includes two e-books, a smoothie recipe book and a guide called Youthful Joints for Life, each valued by the seller at $29.95 ($59.90 in total). The smaller packages do not include them.

The guarantee and refunds

How long is the guarantee? 180 days, counted from the order date and not from delivery, on every package.

Do I need to send back empty bottles? No. The seller’s refund page says only the remaining unopened bottles are returned, and opened or empty bottles do not need to be.

What do I do to get a refund? Contact support within the 180 days with your name, the email on the order and the confirmation number. Return the unopened bottles with the packing slip to the BIODYNAMIX returns address in Aurora, Colorado (Suite 100, 19655 E 35th Dr, ZIP 80011). The buyer pays return shipping, and per the seller, the money comes back within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.

Who should ask a doctor first? Anyone who is pregnant, nursing, taking medication or living with a medical condition, as the label advises.

Is there anything else to check? If you use blood thinners or diabetes medicine, run it past your doctor first: ginger, boswellia and pine bark are all in the formula. The hyaluronic acid matrix is animal-sourced and contains collagen type II, so people who avoid animal products should check with the seller.
