When a formula claims more than 20 ingredients, it is natural to want to know what they are. These Audifort ingredients are listed on the label of a liquid dietary supplement, designed to support healthy hearing and ear comfort, according to the seller. Some are familiar from the supplement aisle, and a few are less so. In this guide we take the six the seller puts in the spotlight, run through the rest of the blend in plain words and point out what the label does not tell you. We attribute every stated role to the seller and make no promises of our own.

Audifort ingredients: the six the seller features

The seller highlights six ingredients and says what each is for. These are the seller’s words, not our claims, and results vary.

IngredientWhat it isThe seller’s stated role
Maca rootA root extractDescribed as boosting your energy
Grape seedA seed extractPresented as an antioxidant source for the ear
Green teaA leaf extractSupports healthy blood flow, according to the seller
Capsicum annuumA fruit extractSupports a healthy inflammatory response
Gymnema sylvestreA leaf extractDescribed as supporting hearing
GABAA compound listed by nameSupports relaxation

Notice how varied the roles are: energy, antioxidant support, blood flow, a healthy inflammatory response, hearing and relaxation. That variety is the seller’s idea. Rather than one hero ingredient, the formula is meant to touch several areas at once. The ingredients sub-page keeps this table in a short form.

The rest of the blend

The label shows a proprietary blend of 200 mg per 1 ml serving, made up of 22 named ingredients. Besides the six above, the others are listed on the label in the following way.

Plant extracts. Guarana seed extract, African mango (Irvingia gabonensis) seed extract, Eleutherococcus senticosus root extract, astragalus root extract, Coleus forskohlii root extract, grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) fruit extract and Panax ginseng aerial extract.

Amino acid ingredients. L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine base, beta-alanine, L-ornithine HCl, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine base.

Other listed compounds. Raspberry ketones and monoammonium glycyrrhizinate.

We list them so that you can read the label with the bottle in your hand. The seller does not attach a role to each of these, so we do not either. Our Audifort ingredients list guide shows the whole label in one table.

The one ingredient with its own dose

Chromium, as chromium picolinate, is the only ingredient with a published amount: 0.7 mcg per serving, which the label gives as 2% of the daily value. Everything in the blend shares a single 200 mg figure.

This is common practice for proprietary blends, and it is the main reason we do not give a perfect score. It means you can see which ingredients are in the bottle but not how much of each. If a precise dose matters to you, this is a point to raise with your doctor.

The other ingredients

Besides the active blend, the label lists what makes up the liquid itself: glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. These are the ingredients that make a liquid a liquid, keep it stable and give it flavor, and they are listed so you can check for anything you avoid.

What to know about guarana and green tea

Two ingredients deserve a brief note. Guarana is a natural caffeine source, and green tea is another ingredient people associate with caffeine. If you are sensitive to caffeine, this is worth knowing before you start. The label says not to exceed the stated dose, and to ask a doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18 or living with a medical condition. If you take medication, for example for blood sugar or blood pressure, ask your doctor before you begin. Our Audifort side effects guide covers the cautions in detail.

How the ingredients fit the seller’s story

The seller describes Audifort as a formula that combines carefully selected, all-natural ingredients designed to promote overall ear comfort and cognitive clarity. It says there are over 20 ingredients that support healthy hearing, and it shows badges for a natural formula, easy to swallow and non-habit forming. A certification image mentions GMP certification, a GMO-free formula and assembly in the USA, and the label says it is made in an FDA registered facility.

All of that is the seller’s framing. What the label itself shows is a clear list, a 1 ml serving and 30 servings per bottle. What the label does not show is the amount of each ingredient in the blend. Our Audifort product page places the ingredient story beside the packages and the guarantee.

Why the amino acid group stands out

Seven of the 22 ingredients are amino acid types: L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine base, beta-alanine, L-ornithine HCl, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine base. They make up nearly a third of the blend by count, which is unusual for a product built around plant extracts. The seller does not give them individual roles, so we cannot tell you what each is meant to do within this formula.

What we can say is what is visible. A formula that mixes plant extracts, amino acid ingredients and a couple of other compounds is a broad one, and a broad formula is easy to compare with another only if you know the amounts, which the label does not give. That is the kind of trade-off you accept with a proprietary blend: the variety is clear, and the precision is not. If you like to read labels closely, you may want to bring the label to your doctor or pharmacist and ask what they think of the combination alongside your own medicines and health.

A fair way to read a long ingredient list

A long list can feel either impressive or intimidating. A calm way to read it is to ask three questions.

  1. Do I recognise anything I avoid or react to? Check the whole list, including the other ingredients.
  2. Does anything interact with my medicines? Ask your doctor, especially for blood sugar or blood pressure medication.
  3. Do I understand what the seller says each ingredient is for? Attribute the claims to the seller, and decide whether you are comfortable with that.

If the answers are positive, the formula is simple to try, and the 90-day guarantee gives you time. Our guide on whether Audifort really works explains the seller’s timeline, and the Audifort product page puts the label beside the packages.

Our editorial score: 4.6 out of 5

The formula earns its score by being readable. Every ingredient is named, the serving is clear and the cautions are plain. We keep the score below 5 because the 200 mg blend shows no individual amounts. It is our own score, not a customer average.
